We accept returns within 30 days of an order of JOE BOXER products in original, unused condition.
To return a product purchased through the JOE BOXER online store, send items along with copy of packing slip to:

Please note that we cannot refund your original shipping charges unless there was a JOE BOXER error, such as a defective product or the
wrong item received. In these situations, you should contact our customer service representatives prior to returning your items; please have your order number available.

Please also note that there is a 20% re-stocking charge for all cancelled items that have been shipped.
Once the items are received, you will be credited with the appropriate refund. In general, the entire return process takes about four weeks to complete.
For all exchanges:
To exchange a JOE BOXER product, please order the replacement product(s) and return the original(s) for refund. Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks to complete the entire return/refund process.
